Pros

Full Potential Solutions says they operate by 4 Key Values: Grace, Accountability, Excellence, and Integrity. Strangely enough, they really DO insist on those values being lived out, first with management and then throughout the workplace. My experience was uniformly excellent, and if not for a circumstance totally beyond company control, I would still be working there. Management is responsive and motivational, training is excellent and work-life balance is unparalleled.

Cons

The contract under which I was working was cancelled in favor of off-shore (read "cheaper") employees, and the only available program for me to move to was one for which I was NOT suited at all. (Yes - if your contract is lost they make every attempt to keep you on instead of letting you go - AMAZING!) Again - not the fault of ANYONE at FPS, so it's not a CON about them, just about my situation.
