I am so sorry to hear that you did not Thrive with us. Positions that are metric driven, which include all of ours, require different levels of management based on what our employees need. If individuals are not preforming, then additional focus and support is needed which can be perceived as micromanaging. Our Mission is to Create the Conditions in which our Employees can Thrive.
