Competitive pay at 15 an hour Bonus set on how many customers you retain

Cons

Hours change all the time, be prepared to change your life around this job. Turnover rate with employees leaving or getting fired is over 50% with each new group. Management considers you expendable unless you're a CEO. When promoted to a new role there is no training.

As a growing company we definitely had a lot of changes within our first year, which is the time period you worked for us. Since then we have grown to 7 programs in Kansas City and work schedules that are set once you graduate training. If your schedule does not meet your personal needs, we do have a process that allows you to work with your Manager to get on a waiting list and work towards the changes you need.
