In the beginning I thought this place was so warm and welcoming. Shortly after a few days of working there I started to notice how sales driven this place was to the point of where I got uncomfortable. I absolutely hate sales even if there is a bonus offer. I just don’t like the idea of pushing it on people especially if it’s $6,000. Dr. Wong is money focused and I wish he cared for about the patients like he says he does... Another issue is EVERYTHING has a script. Second you walk in your first day you are taught a script on how to talk to people in every situation. And he gets this idea from a YouTube doctor who teaches about opening chiropractor practices. I think although the teachings are helpful. Dr. Wong is too afraid to step out of the boundaries to personalize his practice. If you try to personalize anything he gets very upset. It’s almost like he’s afraid it won’t run as efficiently. Lastly, if you’re looking to advance your technologically this isn’t the place for you. They run the established very “old school”. And it’s very little room to learn to compete with the progressive world especially living in the Silicon Valley. P.S He also wants you to learn everything in 2 days.... he’s very impatient and expects you to be a perfectionist even though he’s made many mistakes during my time there. I quit within the first week there and apparently someone else before me did too and now I understand why.
