Worst place I've ever worked - Executive Full Fat Agency Employee Review

The agency is highly ambitious, but at times that ambition appears to outpace the internal structures, resources, and accountability needed to support it.

My experience is that HR lacked the capability and professional distance needed to handle situations appropriately. DEI is used externally as part of the agency’s brand identity, but internally there are unresolved cultural and process issues that undermine those values.

Friendly people. Young fun atmosphere. Good social side and summer and end of year parties.

On the surface management seem nice people. It is an act and very disingenuous. One of the owners claims to be a mental health advocate but its all virtue signaling. The other owner is sly.Always goes behind you back very calculating. The partner is socially awkward and spineless. Between them have no experience in advertising to run a company and will destroy your mental health and confidence. High turnovers and disgruntled employees. Bad pay. All managers and directors micro manage you like a child. Everyone overworked going on stressful leave. Most clients only stay short while. Office is dirty and force staff to write positive reviews!!!!
