      Pros

      Flexible schedule, working from home.

      Cons

      Expectations are very high in comparison to the amount of helpful coaching available. Basically you can get in trouble for many things and it's just black and white ruling. Empathy from the Associates to the callers is required and graded, yet empathy from the company to the Associates is rare.
