Pros
The few positives I have to say about working in the warehouse are the work is pretty easy once you learn it, most of the people are cool to work with and there's good work/life balance
Cons
I only worked in the warehouse so I can't speak for how other departments were like
But most of management is awful. They hold grudges if you try to stand up for yourself, don't even try to discourage poor behaviors (frequent absences, etc.) and they are incredibly reluctant to reward people with raises and title changes...unless, of course, you're willing to be a "yes man". I was doing the duties of a lead for well over a year and they refused to give me a raise or a title, until I got a job offer in a different department. They very clearly play favorites, but try to pretend (very poorly) that they care about and support each employee. The only way I'd recommend working here is if you need a part time gig, or need a summer job while in college. If you want a job that will turn into a career and reward you for dedication and hard work, this isn't it. You'll end up wasting your time here for people that do not care about you
