Decent - Cashier/Barista Full Bloom Coffee Employee Review

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Full Bloom Coffee. The work environment was welcoming and supportive, with excellent management that fostered a positive atmosphere. Rhys is the best! The quality of the coffee was exceptional, and I truly appreciated the camaraderie with my coworkers. It was a great experience all around, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a dynamic team.

One downside was that I didn’t always enjoy being sent to the cashier, as some coworkers would call dibs on being the barista or working in the kitchen, leaving me with the less preferred role.
