      Family Oriented Great Benefits Always a pleasure to go to work Mgr's easy to talk to. CEO easy to talk to. Feeling of a positive work environment Employees constantly trained by upper management and amongst team members Always received annual raise even if small Was able to utilize technical skill in all aspects of positions held

      Cons

      It is hard to move into a different position. Will always need to work hard, learn quickly or work load will become a bit overwhelming.

      Flexible workplace, family oriented culture in a professional setting. Employee first. Great product , great training. Employees are informed of all sales and goal updates

      Tend to hire from outside instead of promoting from within.

      Pros

      Good benefits, medical, dental, 401k plan all very generous. The people from top to bottom are all very easy going, friendly. Quiet, relaxed but professional environment. Most managers let their people do their jobs without micro-managing, which I love. Hours are pretty normal, but managers are flexible about being early or late, just as long as the job gets done. Unique company within the lighting industry.

      Cons

      It is a small company so opportunities for advancement are limited. Sales results are hit and miss. Some of the long-time employees seem stuck in their ways. The lighting industry is a tough place right now for small companies.
