      the company gave me the full ownership on my tasks

      Cons

      pretty bad company culture, people are not valued. salaries are so low and no benefits. I was getting calls even on my holidays

      bad management, they are never satisfied. quite a toxic working place, they don't pay as well. I was even forced to work during my holidays and on public holidays

      less pay more hours no bonuses or compensation for more work evenn if they say that they'll deliver no input in estimations and deadlines
