Everything. Right from the salary package, to the toxic environment, to the mismanagement, and the worst of all - The Director/Founder himself! You'll know it from the very first day of your joining. You will not be provided with any info about the brand or the download of what's been going on with it. You'd be expected to study the history & geography of the brand within a day, and deliver the results already. Seniors are the laziest here. You might wanna spoon-feed and babysit them in order to complete the work/task. There is a lot of groupism, too. Here co-workers might be all friendly and sweet on your face, but there'll be a high chance that they might be gossiping behind your back. The founder has a knack to micromanage everything. Basically, he makes your working-life hell. Every Friday, he'd have an internal meeting with the servicing team & shout/yell at em' left, right, and centre in front of other employees, and basically just tarnish their confidence and self-esteem. If you complete your working hours and leave from work – you'd be labelled as a lubber. So you'd have no choice than to either quit this hell or stay at work every day till 10-11 PM. There'll be times when they'll cut your salary for absolutely no reason, with no explanation given. I wouldn't recommend even my worstest enemy to join this firm.
