easy job but pay not great - Service Desk Fujitsu Employee Review

- they don't hire directly for the company anymore, it's all sub contracts - the pay will never increase, they tell everyone every month since the new year started they're looking into it, it's common with all jobs in canada there's a yearly pay increase , they say soo many excuses, and every month they say it's coming, but it doesn't - they meet the target goal to renew their contracts and they get the bonus they "deserve" and all the employees hired through sub contracts don't see a single increase, all they get is an email saying thanks for meeting the target - it's aggravating that they know there's no increase, but they want people to stay until target renewal happens so they want to keep as many people possible as long as they can - pay increase should be mandatory yearly, they pay 17$ an hour and i had to really bargain to increase it to 19$ when getting hired - there's are no growth within the company, people who are there are there for over a decade or more. but there's not much movement up.
