Pros

Pros of working at Fujitsu(India) Diverse, holds many fun events for its employees.

Cons

Fujitsu(India )If you are a fresher interpreter/translator in Fujitsu, you won’t get opportunities where you will be given IT training for a specific project, if you ask l&d team to provide training apps’ access, they will say, “we do not provide that type of access, you have to learn by your own.” Not only that but other team members who are indulged in technical related work and are not bilinguals, they will not include you in technical related meetings due to which there are times when you are not aware of the project happenings. Also if you ask them to teach you some technical related stuff, they will ignore and will say, “as we were on pinch, we didn’t have time to teach you, we are sorry.” Fresher’s salary is way too less for bilinguals. You will have to sign a bond of 2 years, promising to won’t go anywhere, you won’t leave this company and if you live you will have to pay 2 lakh rupees as a fine and will be made to go to the court. People who are in Pune, does not get SICK LEAVES. they have to take leaves either from CL or AL.
