More hands on chances given for fresh guys to learn the technical skills and knowledges which help to build your mind also Chances to learn other processes is given as you can gain wider knowledge and creativity Nice and easy communication with bosses to solve the problems depends on your own efforts.
Cons
Basic pay certainly lower than average OT is easy to claim but not fair between peoples who com to work or just to fill in the headcount Due to left out of seniors, juniors are forced to become seniors by responsible to multiple processes, which quite ridiculous for other company If you have quite higher skill doesn't means that you get higher paid, but you sure need to take more responsible on areas which not even your territories. Remember you just a bullet shield to others that work by mouth, power point and whatssap which not even know how's the machine run. HR slow and ego responds on want to make people stay, now only old guys and fresh meats stay just because dunno where to go
