Communicative upper management. Great people to work with and fantastic opportunity for growth. The company treats their employees well and provides a wonderful work/life balance. The opportunities are endless for growing in your career and continuing your education with Fugro. Overall a wonderful and supportive place to work.

My only con is that I feel the yearly raises aren’t as competitive as other companies in similar industries.

Pay is lower than average. Employees are not valued as they should be. Management is short-sighted in their hiring and retention policies.
