Pros

The teammates are great but that's pretty much it now. It used to be a great company to work for with healthy work-life balance and good compensation but those days are gone now after the CEO sold more than 50% of the company and filled his pockets.

Cons

The benefits, cultures and values mentioned on the website are so outdated now. Unlimited Holiday: Its to mock you and a nice trick by the HR team. All managers are internally advised to keep track of holiday count for their DRs and try to discourage if the count goes beyond 20 leaves. So why say its unlimited in the contracts when its not. Sinking ship: More than half of the team was sitting idle last year due to lack of projects and then there were three rounds of lay-offs. Rather than actively focussing on getting new projects, the leadership team decided to let go off engineers even those who were there with the company for more than 5 years No budget for L&D or attending conferences Everyone except the top leadership and managers is a talented bunch but the leadership lacks skills and direction required to drive the company

Cons

- still some painful symptoms of a bad aquisition a few year back, but these are fading

Pros

Employees get a few benefits, and you might learn a thing or two here, but that's where the pros end. My experience with Fueled has been pretty disappointing and frustrating. If you're looking for a job, I highly recommend applying to other companies. Trust me, you'll regret working here; I know I do.

Cons

Working here has felt incredibly chaotic and exhausting, and it's all due to the lack of structure and accountability within the company. Communication is terrible, expectations are vague, and roles aren't clearly defined, leading to a lot of confusion among employees and multiple delays. Management has no idea what they're doing, neglects to provide support to employees, and fails to properly guide them. The leadership isn't any better; they are incompetent and often make terrible decisions that are solely driven by greed. A lot of problems pop up because of their actions, and instead of taking accountability for them, they push the blame onto others and force employees to clean up their mess.
