Pros
They are professionally run, they helped place me at Alaska Airlines. They were very upfront on the interview process, both on their side of things as well as the contracting company (Alaska Airlines). The recruiter was very friendly and kept in touch during my entire tenure with the company.
Benefits: No PTO, sick time was state mandated minimum, 401K after 1 year, 3 days PTO after 1 year. Medical was OK, a bit on the expensive side.
Cons
Not very involved after initial placement. Several of my colleagues tried negotiating raises and Fuel made it clear they do not communicate with our managers after the initial hiring. Heavy push back on raises, even for engineers who hadn't received them in several years and were comparatively grossly underpaid.
