Pros

Good solution B2B sales for new and veterans with the right attitude. Integrating playbooks along with strategies and techniques to be successful in an SDR role. Management is well balanced and interested in teaching; not only the processes, but also, the mental attitude, skills and discipline to be successful in the role.

Cons

Sometimes management has lots in their plate. The graduation process, and final placement is not clear.

Pros

None at all terrible company

Cons

Avoid Fuel Sales Academy at all costs. I worked for this company for nearly 3 months and, as of today, I am still owed payment for the final 3 weeks I worked. The situation became even more concerning after I accepted a better job opportunity—suddenly, they refused to pay me for the work I had already completed. To be specific: I completed my work in good faith, held up my end of the agreement, and expected to be paid accordingly. My final day was 4/3/2026, and payment was supposed to be issued by 4/15/2026. That date came and went with no payment. Since then, I’ve reached out repeatedly and have either been ignored or given vague, non-committal responses. At this point, it’s not just disorganization—it feels like intentional avoidance and a blatant disregard for basic business ethics. Not paying someone for work they’ve already completed, especially after months of contributing to the company, is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering working with them, protect yourself: get everything in writing, document every interaction, and be prepared to chase your own money. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company to follow through on its obligations.
