      Pros

      Remote/semi okay health insurance coverage.

      Cons

      Bad management (lies, unyielding, no sympathy and no regard of the employees life), lack of communication and compassion. HR/QA are impossible to work with. The customers are crazy and I’d rather work with them. I left for many reason and the pay isn’t worth the management or other lack of skills this company lacks.

      Hybrid NYC office, 3x a week in office

      Cons

      Insulated environment, hard to communicate with other teams. No directions from upper management after acquisition, tech is outdated and bare bones, everyone is working on bandages and there is no move for innovation.
