Frye Properties has room for growth if you show initiative. The VPs and C- level executives are always willing to listen to concerns and/or recommendations for improvement. They believe in quality and standing behind their word. There are a lot of great people that you get to work with on a daily basis.

Decent, but not the most competitive benefits package.
