Did I mention we have one of the most empathetic yet highly driven founder! 5. Fantastic culture (having personally experienced form both sides of the table for 5 years). 6. The team means business when they say, 'We will get the job done' & yet be empathetic to everyone around them. 7. Frrole is not in the hiring process...we are in the team-building exercise. You & Your contributions matter just as much as everyone else in the entire organisation. 8. What a time to be at Frrole! It's ever expanding, ever growing, ever learning and the excitement never stops. 9. Before I forget, GREAT pay. Like really great! (Hence the caps) 10.
