Pros
While and entry level job I felt it was challenging and helpful. It allowed me to be involved in different accounts with a variety of marketing tasks. The accountability in managing my time effectively while on the surface seemed a challenge, it prepared me for my next job where I have excelled because of my effectiveness. I now understand the importance of this for managing a business.
Cons
No downsides of the company iteself, but the turnover was frustrating due to people coming in that didn't feel they needed to work. They felt entitled, but management did a good job of weeding those employees out so it didn't affect those working hard.
