Pros

Kind coworkers to empathize with you - no one else understands how horrible it is to work here

Cons

This was the absolute worst job I've ever had and, I'm confident, ever will have. Management does not care about the employees and takes advantage of those who simply want to work hard and do a good job. They have no respect for anyone, neither their employees or clients. This company is comprised of a group of micro-managers who are self-obsessed, power hungry, and incapable of coherent thought. With no actual experience in marketing, they don't know what they're doing, let alone how to lead. They want you to give up your life for a low-paying, demoralizing, disheartening job at a company run by idiots. Current employees: leave. Current clients: leave. Potential employees and clients: beware. These people are not partners. They are not interested in your growth. They are interested only in themselves and what you can do for them.

Pros

New leadership. We have raised the marketing IQ in the company with the multiple experienced new hires we have made with the investment in the right people. The business folks are running the business side and the marketing talent is taking care of our clients; and we are growing. The excitement is electric.

Cons

The only downside is that we didn't make this switch sooner.

Pros

- Small Company which had 20-25 Employees, so felt like a small family. -Managers and Colleagues were supportive and encouraging. - Frequent Potlucks, Office Games, etc. -Owners were very nice and maintained professional relationships with everyone, even presented growth opportunities.

Cons

- Poor Management Tactics executed by top level managers. - I guess the company being that small can also be a con
