      Pros

      Warm, friendly atmosphere with the majority of the staff members. Lovely working environment.

      Cons

      Management is a big disappointment. Most of the managers don't have managerial experience and it shows.

      Pros

      Good colleagues on my level and great supervisors. Also free food every day and free parking.

      Cons

      Very cliquey management Previous garden centre manager had no experiences in the hospitality/restaurant side of the business so avoided it as much as possible because they weren’t comfortable in that role.
