Horrible management - Technician Frontmatec Employee Review

Great place to work! Feels like a family. Wonderful benefits. Lots of opportunity to be challenged and grow.

At times there feels like a disconnect between remote colleagues. Frontmatec does to a good job of bridging that gap.

There are a lot of Pros working for Frontmatec, The Team you work with and the teams in other departments they are so helpful and always can find ways to build the team stronger as one. They stride to make the customers happy just as they do with the employees, the support and recognition of leadership and co-workers allows you to have motivation and success.

Trying to think of a Con and there isn't one that comes to mind, however it is frustrating to not be able to fix issues or shipment errors from vendors quickly. Which is out of the company's ability/control.
