There are occasional efforts to create a more functional work environment, but they’re inconsistent and often undermined by other ongoing issues. The people hired were all great individuals—likely chosen for how they were perceived as easy to manage or control,
Cons
Management tends to be overly controlling despite claims to the contrary. Targets are often unrealistic, and there's a recurring issue with inappropriate jokes and unprofessional behaviour in the workplace. To be clear, my concerns aren’t with the company as a whole—just with the management and environment at this particular health franchise location.
