Pros
For a company that is spread out across the globe, they really foster a sense of community. I feel very supported in my role through all levels of the company; senior management is transparent and accessible and always make me feel appreciated and valued. They truly believe that people come first, not only with our clients but within the FPG family as well. As a performance coach I have a lot of autonomy to run my own buisness and make my schedule based around my clients needs and what makes sense. I feel very empowered to make decisions and know that my managers trust and support me. It's really wonderful to be a part of a company that truly wants to enrich the lives of our clients and make a positive impact on frontline employees.
Cons
The only challenge I faced so far with FPG was the length of the interview process. I was actively interviewing with multiple companies and my interview process in total with FPG took about six weeks. I appreciate the thoroughness of the process to make sure it was the right fit, but it was difficult to make decisions with other companies extending offers. But in the end it all worked out.
