Amazing culture that embraces your talents and skills, and superb people to work with. Clients are great as well.
Cons
Once you hit a place where you are far advance because you learn "on the job", there is no room for growth. There are a lot circumstances that arise with the client that no one prepared you for and that is when the learning sets in. Bonus structure changes every three months without notice; there for the income varies. Specific Executive Leadership should not be in the position as they do more harm than good and clients notice.
