Pros
I have been working at Frontline for a 14 months now and have loved the opportunity given here. Fantastic CEO, great coworkers, and our new Sales Manager is absolutely brilliant and really cares about the success of each one of us on the sales team. The SDR position is a grind, but you have great support and the potential to make a lot of money- getting commission on both demos booked and deals closed. It's a great position- and as long as you put in the work, you can reap great rewards.
Cons
I really have no cons other than this IS a job where you will grind. You will be dialing and cold-calling but with such a great product, prospects are willing to listen.
