      Pros

      Less work, flexible hours, salary is pretty reasonable. Rumors of an office being built in Bangalore that'll be a plus.

      Cons

      Not many projects at this time, the job is not satisfactory, tools do most of the work. Hyderabad is a horrible city to be in !! Not much of use for programming knowledge.

      Work environment is great! Great flexibility with office/remote options! Good benefits! Great direction from leaders Jamahl and Haley!

      Cons

      Management likes to Micromanage their employees. They have no clue about where they place some of their employees or what their employees do. It seems to be all about lining management's pockets.
