The desperate attitudes never end - Journal Specialist Frontiers Employee Review

Pros

The biggest pro was working remotely, but the new contracts are being done as hybrid. 28 off + 30 days working from another country is also cool.

Cons

The CEO has no experience managing a company this size. She is a scientist and that's it. She has random ideas that people have to execute, but at the same time she doesn't even know the most basic processes. Company structure changes every 6 months, bonus metrics always change. It is all done based on how desperate they are and what this desperation is related to. Bonus comment: we never get any bonus, and people don't have salary adjustments for 2 years, going to the third. Madness, right? Oh, before I forget, the career development there sucks! It is nearly impossible to progress.

Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you valued the flexibility of working remotely or from another country. Our CEO brings strong vision and expertise which has led the company to become one of the world's largest and most impactful academic publishers. Bonus metrics and compensation are regularly reviewed to align with business goals, and this is clearly communicated to all employees.
