      100% remote working, salary above average.

      Cons

      The company was hiring a significant number of people during the year of 2023 when they already knew that they were potentially in risk of having to perform layoffs. This just shows very bad management.

      Thank you for your review. We took many cost-cutting measures last year, which included stopping all hiring except for a few business critical roles.
