Pros
Fully remote, very nice holiday allowance, and other benefits. People are a great pro of working in Frontiers.
Cons
Constant changes and feels like the company doesn't give enough time to see the result of these changes before changing again. Constant focus on quantity, but they say the focus should be on quality. Teams are not balanced - some staff can't handle their workload while others have nothing to do.
