Pros
- The production department is far and away one of the most organized departments at Frontiers and that is without bias. The extensive documentation is organized in a way that is accessible and democratic. - There is a culture of responsibility and hard work in the dept that means that these things are maintained well and always improved-upon. - It is an incredibly sociable department despite being fully remote.
Cons
- Other departments do not share these efficiencies. At all. - As a somewhat invisible arm of the company, there are questionable leadership decisions imposed on us. - Progression is bottle-necked and talent is not necessarily nurtured as it should be. - 40 hour weeks - Someone in accounting is really disrespectful to everyone who interacts with them. You all know who I mean.
