Horrible - Sales Frontier Toyota Employee Review

Family owned, different feel than corporate ownership despite being a toyota dealership

management plays favorites and doesn't value longtime employees, at least in the service department

I enjoyed the frequent breaks

Employees and managers don’t support their staff. Not allowed to stand up to yourself when speaking with abusive customers. Staff can be equally as abusive - especially the salesmen. Would not recommend working here. Frequently got yelled at during training and after.
