      Frontier has a corporate customer base so for the most part we are providing technical support to sophisticated users of Frontier's broadband and voice services.

      Cons

      Wish they had some more troubleshooting tools but I hear they are coming.

      Pros

      You learn a lot in your first job. They let you configure network devices like Juniper, Cisco, and Fortinet. You also have access to an office lab and get free food once a month, on the first Monday.

      You learn everything by yourself, work on sites, minimum career
