Great place to intern - Intern Frontier Media Employee Review

I’m currently employed at Frontier Media and it’s been a great experience. It’s a fast-paced agency, but in a good way, and there’s a lot of trust at the leadership level to run accounts and lead teams without being micromanaged. The people are easy to work with and leadership is approachable. Things move quickly as the company grows, but communication is clear and expectations are reasonable. Overall, it’s a good place to be if you’re an experienced account leader who likes ownership and hands-on client work.

I don't have any cons

Working at Frontier means working with a group of people all committed to helping our clients grow and succeed. Coworkers and management are quick to jump in and help one another all the way from the interns to the CEO. Management is understanding of the importance of work-life balance and has been more than accommodating in instances of family emergencies. Working at Frontier has not only given me the ability to make a difference in the businesses of my clients and find success in my career, but has also given me the flexibility and security to have a more fulfilling life outside of work.

I love working remotely, but the only drawback is that I don't get to meet and hang out with my coworkers in person.
