      Pros

      Pay was average starting out, but didn't go up with added responsibilities. Interview was almost too easy, they seemed desperate.

      Cons

      Turnover is higher than any other company I've worked for, throughout all departments. Some "management" is in place because they are related to the owner, not because they are qualified to be there or good at what they do.

      if you are good at what you do they don't micro manage small company means they get to know their employees

      Cons

      no health insurance / but its understandable the prices for even group coverage is near extortion

      Fast paced left alone do job and ypu dont have to talk to anyone, off at 230pm

      Cons

      No upward movement in company they dont hire inside worker into hire positions, keep u separate from coorperate workers in same building nextdoor, xmas bonus only if u go to xmas party
