Needs to catch up to own growth - Accountant Frontier Management (OR) Employee Review

The benefits to employees really lack in the marketplace compared to every other company. 5 vacation days in one year only earned after 6 months? Extremely sub-par. Expensive health insurance. Very small 401k match that vests fully after 5 years? Also lacks other companies. As Frontier grows they will have to give their employees reasons to want to stay because “culture” won’t cut it for too long. The benefits are almost a slap in the face and you can go anywhere and get better benefits.
