The work you do is actually meaningful. You are able to make good connections with other agencies. The clients you work with genuinely benefit from the services. Decent PTO
Cons
You will be overworked. The expectations of this job are absolutely ridiculous. You are micromanaged to a point that I’ve never experienced at another job. The technology is outdated. The pay is laughable and you’re given no reason to stay. They seem to have no plan to up their pay since VA is raising their minimum wage. You are not given the resources or support to do your job correctly.
