Paid holidays and time off.

Dysfunctional management. Use it or lose it vacation plan. Improper training for many positions. Management is quick to blame other departments for one departments' shortcomings.

Working in the warehouse is better. The supervisors are nice, and the hours are good. The front office is small, with slightly flexible hours. You have about five coworkers.

Benefits are not great; you only get 5 days total of PTO & Sick time. You basically cannot be sick and take vacation in the same year (unless it's unpaid). The CEO is an interesting guy, polite, mildly friendly, and prefers to communicate by email (even when in the office). He also likes to keep things super minimal and doesn't like things out in the open.
