Pros

Beginner experience, easy to apply, lots of bathrooms

Cons

The company boasted a high employee retention rate for a while which is much less impressive when you realize most of those people have been in the same role for a decade or more with little to no room for advancement. Nothing is done to encourage their employees moving forward and are often blocked from doing so or even transferring departments. This eventually led to multiple engineers leaving due to the below average pay and less than impressive benefits. They often low ball people because they know that they can get recent graduates from the nearby university to overwork and who don't know any better. The handling of the COVID-19 pandemic was absolutely awful. Weekly emails from the heiress psych major ceo included religious blathering completely separated from reality and encouraging employees to seek religious exemption from the vaccine mandates put in place despite the company being in the Federal DoD sector. They offered work from home opportunities to only a select few and forced the rest to come in despite illness, immunocompromised health, or sick family members. There were spouses and children of employees that died during the pandemic with those in the higher positions here staying home and telling the rest it wasn't that serious and to use their pto or take a pay cut if they felt they needed to stay home.
