Pros

Higher base pay relative to job experience and competition

Cons

Expensive insurance, micromanagement, two-faced HR, a "tiered" system for reps designed to exhaust your integrity. I wouldn't fall for the higher base pay, because you pay it back on the back-end. The insurance is the cheapest plan available they could find, also meaning the most expensive to you.
