      Pros

      I really like the sales leaders and employees that I regularly work with. Company culture is great and really do think Frontier values its employees.

      Cons

      The organization seems to carry so much legacy baggage that might bleed into developing strong relationships with customers. The enterprise organization is struggling this quarter across the board. The targets seem relatively unattainable when at one point I could see it.
