      Pros

      Decent pay, decent benefits, yearly company bonus. Union environment, hire/ promote from within a lot of the time.

      Cons

      Union environment people with high seniority act entitled and often get away with do very little work and union protects them

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
