      By far the worst place to work - Software Development Manager Frontier Employee Review

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of are: #1 some of the people I had the privilege to work with. #2 I don’t work here any more.

      Cons

      There are many downsides to Frontier, the main one being the management that is hired. First and foremost I would point to many of the VPs who do a very poor job of being the leaders that they should be and show either no respect to anyone below and are to busy kissing up to upper management.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.

      very unorganized, it was a new division so we figured it out along the way
