Pros

Most of the people in the front line whether, sales, collections, service, or technicians are terrific people with great skill and always out for what is best for the customer with a balance of business mind. Benefits are as expected, pay is hit or miss and not really consistent across titles and people

Cons

Attrition in company seems to be never ending cause massive amounts of confusion to goal, lacking communication, and strange responses to business needs.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
