Coworkers. Benefits. Pay is decent.

Cons

The ever changing, and by changing I mean lowering of commission. No matter how you perform you aren't good enough. The micromanagement is so intense most of us are on antianxiety and anti depressants. The don't care about their employees. They constantly change the rules and don't care about labor laws, health codes, or your union contract ( if you are lucky enough to have one). They manipulate every thing under the "needs of business" excuse. They are the most unethical company I have ever worked for by far. If you have an opportunity to leave, run and never look back.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
