Pros
I enjoy my work and the people. I have flexibility in my hours and can even work from home at times. My pay is good, but mainly because I come from an acquired company.
Cons
The company has a practice of loading down the people that do a good job to the point of breaking them. My group is overloaded with work and we do not have people adequately trained for what they need to do. Additionally, some of the systems/processes used by Frontier are very cut rate and poorly supported creating a weak and ineffective infrastructure.
