Pros

decent pay,although below industry standard,mediocre benefits package

Cons

out of date systems, supervision by managers that have 0 experience. more emphasis on billing customer, versus servicing customer. talk about thinking outside the box all the time, but the keep the box completely sealed. little or no respect for the employee or employee's family. Too much emphasis on sales, and not enough on service.
